I have been rarely joining races but it doesn’t mean that I no longer want to be fit. For the past two weeks now I have been dancing and exercising through Zumba. I only do this at home while watching Zumba instructional videos. 🙂

Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements. Zumba’s choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo, martial arts, and some Bollywood and belly dance moves. Squats and lunges are also included. Zumba does not charge licensing fees to gyms or fitness centers. There are 12 million people taking weekly Zumba classes in over 110,000 locations across more than 126 countries.
I already got the hang of Zumba but I had to take a rest for a couple of days because of the pain on my left foot. If you want a fun way to get fit you might want to try Zumba. 🙂
